We have multiple fabrics which are stored to meet the needs and requirements of our existing and new customers.
Fabrics are stored in different colors, GSM, composition and types.
Pattern and Grading Process
First step in the production process process is to make patterns and complete grading of all sizes in a new order.
Patterns are developed as per customer sizing & fitting requests.
We have a team of pattern masters with 20 years of experience.
Cutting Process
After the raw materials are stored, we start the cutting of the garments as per customer PO and order quantities.
We have Manual Cutting, Hydraulic Cutting Press and Laser Cutting machines.
Printing Process
After the cutting process, fabric is assigned to the printing department.
We do custom Silk Screen Printing, DTF Printing, DTF Printing, PU Vinyle Printing, 2D Embroidery, 3D Embroidery, Chennile Towel Embroidery and SUBLIMATION.
Stitching Process
After the printing and embroidery process, material is assigned to the stitching department. We have 9 assembly lines and 350 stitching workers who are experts in their field.
We have Lockstitch machines, FlatLock machines, Special Union machines etc.
